Introducing our Community Enhancement Initiative. We've noticed a common concern among associations: the feeling of disconnect within the community. In response, we've created an innovative solution known as our Community Enhancement Program. 

Education

Like every industry these days there are constant changes that impact different aspects of living in and managing a community association. To ensure that our Board Members, Managers, and Staff are staying abreast of both proposed and newly adopted changes in the law, we have ensured our internal education program is a robust one.

Board Governance

Effective Association Governance is the backbone of a well-managed Community Association. At Viking Management, we consider it our responsibility to collaborate with our Associations in empowering their boards to excel for their community. In addition to our comprehensive board training, we provide periodic Board eNewsletters focusing on crucial topics related to community living and management, emphasizing the pivotal role boards play in community governance.
